Caroline serves in the Design, Quality & Impact Department at The Maa Trust. She is a dynamic and detail-oriented Programme Management and MEAL professional experienced in monitoring and evaluation, project management, and strategic planning. She is recognized for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize program impact, ensure accountability, and foster continuous learning.
Her areas of specialization include comprehensive project management expertise, strategic planning and implementation, designing and implementing theories of change & results frameworks, log frames, M&E systems, stakeholder & grant management, data analysis & reporting mastery, and team management & capacity building.
Her academic foundation in Gender and Development Studies (MA in progress) from Kenyatta University and Project Planning and Management (BSc) from Maasai Mara University further equips her to address complex challenges in program implementation with a gender-sensitive and participatory approach. She is skilled in using survey tools such as Kobo Toolbox, Survey CTO and ODK Collect and advanced software like NVivo, Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and PMIS to streamline operations and enhance decision-making processes. Her professional training includes certifications in Climate Finance, Project Governance & Project Management Office, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and excellence in her field.
