Celestine Tayiana

Celestine is the WASH Coordinator at The Maa Trust, coordinating water, sanitation, and hygiene projects with a commitment to public health and well-being. Her experience spans over three years in community health services and counseling, and she has played a crucial role in community epidemic preparedness with the Kenya Red Cross Society in Narok County (2020-2021).
Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Community Health and Development at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA). She has earned a certificate in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene from Humanitarian Global and holds a Diploma in Community Health and Development from Thika School of Medical and Health Sciences. As a certified professional with the National AIDS and STI Control Program (NASCOP), her commitment lies in mitigating health risks and fostering sustainable community empowerment, aiming for a healthier future for all through impactful water, sanitation, and hygiene initiatives.
