CHRP–K Alice Ngorongo

Alice Ngorongo is a seasoned Human Resources and Administration professional, currently serving as the Head of HR & Administration at The Maa Trust, a role she took on in March 2025. Her leadership is rooted in aligning people, systems, and strategy to advance The Maa Trust’s mission of empowering Maasai communities through programs in education, health, sustainable livelihoods, and environmental stewardship.

She brings over a decade of HR experience from leadership roles in three key water and sanitation service providers: Nyeri Water and Sanitation Company Ltd (NYEWASCO), Tetu Aberdare Water & Sanitation Company, and Naivasha Water, Sewerage & Sanitation Company Ltd. These roles sharpened her expertise in workforce development, compliance, and performance management—skills she now applies to strengthen the internal capacity and culture at The Maa Trust.

Alice holds a Diploma and Degree in Human Resource Management, is a Certified Human Resource Professional–Kenya (CHRP–K), and is currently 70% through her Master’s Degree in Human Capital Development. She is also a trained Palliative Care Giver and certified TVET/CBET Assessor and Verifier—adding depth to her contributions in staff wellbeing and vocational skills development.
