Alice Ngorongo, CHRP-K

Alice Ngorongo is a Certified Human Resource Professional of Kenya (CHRP-K) with over 14 years of experience in human resources and administration, drawn from the water and sanitation sector and other structured service-driven environments. Her professional background includes work with water and sanitation service providers where she built strong expertise in people management within regulated and compliance-focused institutions.

She currently serves as the Head of Human Resources and Administration at The Maa Trust, her first role within the non-governmental sector. At The Maa Trust, Alice leads the Human Resources and Administration function, supporting the organization’s community-led conservation and livelihoods work by strengthening people systems, governance support, and ethical workplace practices. Her focus includes HR policy development, performance management, employee relations, safeguarding integration, and alignment with Kenyan labour laws, IHRM professional standards, and donor requirements.
