Health and WASH Manager
Elizabeth Sayialel leads The Maa Trust’s Health and WASH programs, driving initiatives that improve health outcomes, promote well-being, and ensure equitable access to clean water and sanitation across the Maasai Mara. Since joining the Integrated Community Health Project (ICHP), she has risen into a leadership role, bringing strategic vision, measurable impact, and a deep commitment to community empowerment.
Elizabeth has spearheaded transformative work in Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR), creating safe spaces for youth engagement and fostering open community dialogue. Her innovative approaches have expanded ICHP’s reach and strengthened its ability to respond to evolving health needs.
With expertise in community health and development, Elizabeth holds a B.A. in International Relations and Security Studies from Daystar University, a certificate in Menstrual Hygiene Management from the Humanitarian Global Institute, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Psychology.
Passionate about sustainable change, Elizabeth is dedicated to empowering communities through health and WASH initiatives that build resilience and foster lasting positive impact across the Maasai Mara.
