Mary Seyianoi Letura

Mary Seyianoi Letura serves as a Human Resource Assistant at The Maa Trust. She is a Human Resource professional with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and is currently undertaking the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) program. She is a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)

Her experience has been shaped through working with both conservation and community development–focused organizations and government institutions, where She has supported key human resource functions across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance processes and HR policy implementation. Mary’s professional interests center on applying people-centered HR practices to strengthen leadership and support organizational sustainable growth.
